The line “Heartbreaks hurts so deeply”

The above line Is everything I feel lately, how you invest 3 Years of your life loving someone sincerely only for you to be left in apt and total desolation.

But like you said, stir your life in a coffee mug and drink it, one must always learn to move on!

My favorite line is from poem 2: Dust Grain

“You’ve been Loamy inside for too long”

This resonates with me so well because of how much I have invested in myself in the past decade, learning, unlearning and relearning new skills so as to sprout like an astral,

But I keep waiting for the perfect time to show the world how good I have become,

Maybe, I am waiting too long.

Been loamy for too long indeed!

So much potentials hidden away from the sun

I will sprout out and the world’s gonna know my name!

My favorite lines will be all of Poem 3:

Fire is like Human

It dances and burn.

Turns wood to black,

When it dies, Where does it go?

The reason these lines(Poem 3) resonate with me so well, is because of how intriguing they are,

I recently Moved to a new city, and just like a child who is out for the first time, my eyes and mind wonder and marvel at how things works in this city, life is quite different from what I use to know and I am always filled with curiosity as to why things and people are the way they are in this new city.

I guess, just like me, the author(Tobi Akinpelu) also wonders…

Poem 1:

Reading it with the music feels different.

The poem was urging the reader to get back on their feet. It felt like you used both stick and candy. The poem felt strict and soft at the same time. A perfect blend.

Poem 2:

I want to filled up. I want to be filled up. I want to shine like the Sun and be like that for eternity.

Poem 3:

This is the shortest poem from the 3 but it's the one that forces you to think the most. "When it dies, where does it go?"

My favourite line is from Poem 2: Dust grain

“Every dust grain shines in the Sun.”

To me It means it doesn't matter how small or insignificant you think you are. You do matter.

The line that resonates most with me is:

"In twinkles, Stars become an ocean.

In the fights, blows become an ocean too.

But why have you allowed yourself to dry up?"

This line speaks to my recent lack of drive and motivation to pick myself up and continue an endeavour I have invested about three years in only to suffer a series of dizzying failures that are due to reasons (a disability) which are clearly out of my control. "But why have you allowed yourself to dry up" is a direct question aimed at my current state of inaction. "in twinkles stars become an ocean" is a reminder that I can start now and take things slowly till wishes become reality

“Souls are meant to wake up when the other slept”

To me it means you have to work hard if you have nobody to help you. Or don’t compare yourself with others
